New grout and silicone in the shower, tightened loose toilet paper holder, repaired and painted previously badly 'fixed' hole in the door, new silicone around kitchen bench, replaced missing cornice.
In the kitchen, we removed the old kitchen bench, replaced with new one, installed new cook top and applied silicone.
